We recently bought a twelve X16 gazebo and we are really proud of it. We put in it ourselves and it was rather time-consuming but it absolutely was worthwhile. We experienced a problem using a zipper missing but Purple Leaf despatched it out instantly by using a movie on how to setup it. -- Pie
